Terrible management - don’t trust them to honour your booking

We have stayed here three times over the years, the first time was OK, but when we returned, we used a booking site and we were given two very dark, dirty, noisy rooms at the front and side, one with a very smelly bathroom that needed cleaning. For our return 7 days later, we were shown and promised the good rooms at the back overlooking the river. We paid a deposit, but don’t trust their word. On our return our rooms had been given to other, more important guests and we were given a side room overlooking buildings with no towels, toilet paper or wifi - and a view over the adjoining rooftops It is supposed to be 4 star, but I would grudgingly give the management one. Their motto is ‘redifining hospitality, which is a joke

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Leh. The view was breathtaking, with the hotel located on the river bank. The room was very clean and spacious. The buffet dinner and breakfast were well spread and delicious. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Kargil market. Highly recommended!

On reaching Cargil, we checked in Zojila Residency and we were greeted by Mr. Sharma (Front Desk) and were explained very much in detailed about the place and it's beauty and services offered by the Hotel. Rooms are very cozy, comfortable and also had good staff to serve their best at all times. Few rooms were required additional heater, which was provided on demand immediately. With all facilities, rooms are in the center of the city / market hence easy to move around to get the things. Though we were there for few hours (Evening to Early Morning) but the hospitality offered by the staff led by Mr Ashok Sharma was par excellent. Kee up the good work Team Zozila Residency

Hotel Zojila Residency at Kargil is centrally located. In mid of market area. Excellent staff at reception, restaurant, house keeping. Very helpful. Gave timely information about Kargil to Sonmarg route convoy time and day. Which saved our trip hassles. Provided good breakfast pack including item like Alu Paratha at early morning 4AM. Rooms are of two typed City view and river view. River view are best. Rooms are spacious with all amenities.
